Tuition and Fees

Tuition and fees are paid using the FACTS Tuition Management System. Each NEW family will receive an invitation to set up their FACTS account to make automatic payments online using their bank account or credit/debit card.

Tuition payments are due on the 15th of each month, July through April (10 monthly payments).

2024-25 Tuition

  • 1 child: $6,350    
  • 2 children: $9,150    
  • 3 children: $12,300

Discounts

Pay in Full: One-time discount offered to families who pay in full by July 15: $150 for the first child; $50 each additional child.

Refer a Family: Current families who refer a new family to St. Greg’s will receive a $250 discount for the first new family and $100 for each additional new family. Please contact the school office to discuss discounts.

Festival Credit: The St. Gregory the Great festival is by far the largest fundraiser for the Academy.  It is held in June and requires numerous volunteers to perform the various responsibilities and activities associated with the festival as well as work the many booths, food stands, etc. on the nights the festival is operating.  These volunteers are primarily drawn from the St. Gregory’s Parish staff and parishioners, the Academy's staff and teachers, and especially from the families of the Academy's students. To further incentivize the families of Academy students to volunteer, a tuition credit is offered in the following amounts for each day/night of service:

  1. $75 for each day/night of service up to a maximum of six
  2. $50 for each additional day of service more than six, but no more than two additional days

Specific information regarding festival worker requirements, including the types and areas where service is needed, as well as the dates and times services are required, will be communicated in the months and weeks leading up to the Festival. 

Credits are applied to tuition by the end of August, reducing monthly payments for the remaining tuition beginning with the September payment. Total credit amount can be applied to TWO monthly payments, or credited across the remaining eight monthly payments.


Fees

  • New Student Registration: $250 for first child, $100 each additional child
  • Existing Family registering a new student: $150 per student
  • Existing Family Re-Registration: $75 per family
  • Supply Fee: $200 per student (due May 1)
  • Technology Usage Fee: $275 per student (due May 1)

Registration and Supply fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

While your child may already have, or will be receiving a Chromebook or Tablet, the Technology Fee is not a device fee. The fee supports the technology infrastructure that enables 1:1 computing and helps cover the cost of all apps, educational online subscriptions, the wireless infrastructure, Chromebook and Tablet licensing, Chromebook/Tablet management system, school-wide filtering, and the support staff to maintain our school network.
