Wednesday, September 9 – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- Kindergarten enters through the gate by parking lot/driveway on 88 Avenue (Off of CIP service road)
- 1st & 2nd Grade enter through gate by ballfield on 87 Avenue
Thursday, September 10 – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- 5th Grade enters through the gate by parking lot/driveway on 88 Avenue (Off of CIP service road)
- 3rd & 4th Grade enters through the gate by ballfield on 87 Avenue
Friday, September 11 – 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- 8th Grade enters through the gate by parking lot/driveway on 88 Avenue (Off of CIP service road)
- 6th & 7th Grade enters through the gate by ballfield on 87 Avenue
Please keep in mind:
- All students must arrive wearing a face mask
- Students and parents should maintain social distancing of 6 feet while waiting to enter the schoolyard
- All students must have a temperature screening before entering the yard; parents should remain with students until they have been screened
- All students should arrive between 7:50 and 8:00 am for the first day of school (schedule for regular school day is below)
- Dismissal is at 12:00 p.m. in the school yard (There is no EDP, so please be prompt in picking up your children)
Monday, September 14 is the FIRST FULL DAY OF SCHOOL- There is no EDP!
- All Students will use the same entrances as above
- EACH GRADE HAS A SPECIFIC ARRIVAL TIME- Please see below for the arrival schedule
- All arrival and dismissal will take place outdoors until further notice REGARDLESS of WEATHER; please dress appropriately
- All students must arrive wearing a face mask
- Students and parents should maintain social distancing of 6 feet while waiting to enter the yard
- All students must have a temperature screening before entering the yard; parents should remain with students until they have been screened
- Parents cannot enter the school yard after morning drop off
- Once a child is screened and enters the school yard, they may not leave
Arrival Schedule:
7:50 – 8:00 a.m
Grade 8 – enter through gate by parking lot/driveway on 88 Avenue (Off of CIP service road)
Grades 6 & 7 – enter through gate by ballfield on 87 Avenue
8:00 – 8:10 a.m.
Grade 5 – enter through gate by parking lot/driveway on 88 Avenue (Off of CIP service road)
Grades 3 & 4 – enter through gate by ballfield on 87 Avenue
8:10 – 8:20 a.m.
K – enter through gate by parking lot/driveway on 88 Avenue (Off of CIP service road)
Grades 1 & 2 – enter through gate by ballfield on 87 Avenue
8:20-8:30 a.m.
Nursery/Pre-K – enter through playground door on 87 Avenue
Afternoon Dismissal
- Older students will be dismissed first, as many of them have to pick up younger siblings
- Parents will be allowed in the school yard to pick up students but are asked to remain up against the fence and maintain social distancing.
- Once you have picked up your child(ren), we respectfully ask that you leave the school yard and school property as swiftly as possible to help facilitate the staggered dismissal times
Dismissal Schedule:
2:30 – 2:40 p.m.
Grades 6, 7, 8
2:30-2:40 p.m.
Nursery/Pre-K – exit through playground door on 87 Avenue
2:40 – 2:50 p.m.
Grades 3, 4, 5
2:50 – 3:00 p.m.
Grades K, 1, 2
