If Asus, Serial Number starts with J1N. If HP, Serial Number starts with 5CD. If Lenovo, Serial Number Starts with LR. This is on the bottom of the Chromebook labeled S/N.
Type of Issue*
- Chromebook- Malfunctioning, needs troubleshooting
- Chromebook- Accidental Damage (No insurance, please remit $275 payment to "St. Gregory the Great Catholic Academy" for a new Chromebook via Check
- Tablet- Tablet Issues
- Software Issue (Google Classroom, Password Reset, etc)
ALL Insurance claims are processed via Seccurranty. Please submit a claim using the information for when you signed up for the insurance during the beginning of the school year.
