Science Lab
Grades K-8
Our science lab comes fully equipped with the necessary tools to conduct STEM activities for all grades. For the younger grades, our “Mad Scientist” Club introduces students to lab safety through fun activities and experiments. In the junior high grades, students regularly use the lab to conduct experiments connected to their learning goals.
Fifth Grade Classroom
25:1 Student to Teacher Ratio
Our 5th grade program will be incorporating Robotics into their units. Students will be building and programming LEGO Robots in the 5th Grade.




Art Classroom
Each grade level has a special project throughout the year.
1st grade snow globes – clay sculptures in jars
2nd grade inlay masks – clay masks
3rd grade mosaics – made own clay tiles
4th grade cartoon unit – the job of an illustrator
5th grade 3D mazes – designing and building
6th grade drawing and shading unit –
7th grade pinhole cameras – traditional photography and development
8th grade – conceptual self-portraits combining digital and traditional tools
Second Grade Classroom
Self-contained classroom with an average of 20:1 student to teacher ratio. Students in the second grade begin their Foreign Language (Spanish) classes. Each student in the class is assigned a tablet of their own that is kept charged for them in the classroom. This is used to enhance student learning through technology.




Computer Lab
We have recently revamped our computer lab to include a wide variety of technology components to enhance student learning. The computer lab has 4 Apple Computer stations equipped with Adobe products for the students to use. We have digital cameras that the students can take pictures with and can edit using Adobe Photoshop. It also has a 3D printer that Junior High students use to create 3D transformation projects. We recently received LEGO robotics kits that the 4th and 5th grade will be using during their technology lessons.
First Grade Classroom
20:1 Student to Teacher Ratio
Our first-grade teacher is very hands on with the students. Our first-grade program also introduces Chicks around April/May. Students get to incubate eggs and watch baby chick’s hatch.




Library
All students have access to the Library. Pre-K through 3rd grade have a Library class incorporated into their schedule.
Our flat screen TV located in the library has a camera and microphone which is used for Virtual Tours and other fun activities.
Kindergarten Classroom

Our Kindergarten class is the bridge between early childhood and primary grades. Our Kindergarten program is geared to get students ready for 1st grade. Students still learn through fun activities, while practicing math and reading skills through our Go Math and SuperKids reading programs. Each student is provided a Tablet, which the teacher uses to promote technology proficiency.



Fitness Room
Grades K-8 have access to the Fitness Room
Certain Clubs incorporate the Fitness Room into their club activities. Wii Fitness and Xbox Kinect are offered to our students and our physical education teachers incorporate healthy lifestyles into their programs. In Junior High, Health is a separate subject in which they are introduced to more in-depth health concepts.
Pre-K Classroom
15:1 Student to Teacher Ratio
Our Pre-K classes follow all state guidelines to Curriculum and are focused on a “learn through play” program. Each student is provided a Tablet that is used to supplement and enhance learning in the classroom. The teacher utilizes various digital programs provided by the school to help students engage with current technology and supplement learning.



Gregorian Hall
Our recently renovated Gregorian Hall features a junior size basketball court used for any CYO events. Over the summer of 2019, we updated the Gym floors. Three years ago, we updated the stage that is used by a theatre program over the summer. Our school Gym and School yard are featured in the hit TV show, Manifest, on CBS.
